The River Borgie is 7 miles in length from where it flows out of Loch Slaim to where it enters the sea on the north coast of Scotland at Torrisdale Bay. The river offers:

Fishing on the river opens on 12th January and closes on 30th September. Nowadays, fishing is by fly only, and Catch and release is encouraged though not mandatory and in recent years over 60% of fish caught have been released.

Accommodation at the Borgie can be found at the Old Manse, a well appointed Self Catering Lodge.

The Borgie is situated 2 - 2 1/2 hours drive North of Inverness. Airlines flying into Inverness are Ryanair from East Midlands, British Airways from Heathrow, Easyjet from Luton and Flybe from Birmingham and Manchester.
